Will it wake me at 3am?
No. The actives are inactive until your gut bacteria convert them, gradually, over 8-10 hours. The tea works with your night, not against it. The trigger is your first meal or drink in the morning.
Will I make my 9am meeting?
That's the design. Relief follows your first meal or drink - at home, before the day starts. Not during it.
How strong is it?
As strong as you leave it in. Three minutes is gentle, five is standard, seven is the ceiling. One sachet covers the whole range - you never need a second product.
Can I take it every night?
It's for occasional constipation - use it for the episode, not forever. Most episodes need one to three nights. If you're reaching for it beyond two weeks, talk to your pharmacist; something else deserves attention.
I'm on Ozempic or Mounjaro. Is this suitable?
It's a common reason people find us. Slowed digestion is the medicine doing its job - this makes that liveable. Osmotic laxatives depend on drinking a lot of water, which is exactly what those medicines suppress. Speak to your doctor, and mention the tea by name.
